41 E+W In section 99 (disposal of land at direction of Secretary of State - supplementary) in subsection (4) (authorities who may make representations about directions) after paragraph (dbb) insert—

“(dbc) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
