359In Schedule 1 to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007, in paragraph 12(1), for “section 1 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “Chapter 1 of Part 2 of the Sentencing Code”.
