428In regulation 11(3) of the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2015, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “other secure accommodation”, for “detention and training orders have been made under section 100 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (offenders under 18: detentions and training orders)” substitute “detention and training orders (within the meaning given by section 233 of the Sentencing Code) have been made”.
