Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 (c. 43)

46 In section 20(2)(c) of the MCA 1980—

(a) for “section 3 or (if applicable) 3A of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” substitute “section 14 or (if applicable) 15 of the Sentencing Code”;

(b) for “subsection (2)” substitute “subsection (1)(b)”.
