SCHEDULE 3 U.K. Sea fishing licences: further provision

Interpretation U.K.

9 U.K. In this Schedule “licensing function” means a function of a sea fish licensing authority under—

(a) section 15 or 17,

(b) paragraphs 1 to 4 of this Schedule, or

(c) regulations under paragraph 7 of this Schedule.
