5E+WSection 107D of the Housing Act 1985 (recovery of possession on expiry of flexible tenancy) is to be read, in relation to notices given under subsection (4) of that section during the relevant period, as if for “two months' notice” in that subsection there were substituted “[F2four months'] notice”.]
