4 (1) Section 570B of CAA 2001 (orders and regulations made by Treasury or Commissioners) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (3), after “section 45P,” insert “45R,”.

(3) In subsection (4), after “section 45P” insert “, 45R”.
