28Expansion of NHS England’s duties in respect of expenditure

In section 223C of the National Health Service Act 2006 (as substituted by section 27 of this Act), in subsection (1), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)NHS trusts established under section 25;
(d)NHS foundation trusts.”
