1 In section 37 of the Mental Health Act 1983 (power to order hospital admission or guardianship), in subsection (1B)(d), for “312(2), 313(2), 314(2) or 315(2)” substitute “312(2A), 313(2A), 314(2A) or 315(2A)”.
