33 In section 13 of the Courts Act 2003 (entry of names in the supplemental list)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for the words “subsections (2) and” substitute “subsection”;

(ii) for “70” substitute “75”;

(b) omit subsection (2);

(c) in subsection (3)(a), for “70” substitute “75”.
