18 In section 43 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (freedom of speech in universities, etc)—

(a) omit subsection (4A)(a);

(b) in subsection (6) omit—

(i) paragraph (a) of the definition of “governing body”;

(ii) the definition of “registered higher education provider”.
