24U.K.The London Board, the Docks Board, the British Waterways Board and the Holding Company shall pay to the Railways Board such amounts as may be just having regard to the liabilities assumed by the Railways Board under the last foregoing paragraph, and any dispute as to what ought to be paid under this paragraph shall be referred to and determined by the Minister.
