21 Extension of time for certain prosecutions.F4E+W+S

Notwithstanding anything in [F1the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980] or [F2the M1Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975] proceedings for an offence under F3. . .subsection (2) or subsection (3) of the last foregoing section may be commenced at any time within the period of twelve months next after the date of the commission of the offence.
