Nothing in the [10 & 11 Geo. 5. c. 67.] Government of Ireland Act, 1920, shall preclude the Parliament of Northern Ireland from making, in relation to the law of charity in Northern Ireland, laws for purposes similar to the purposes of section one of this Act.
