Submission of statutes to His Majesty in Council.U.K.
45The Commissioners, within one month after making a statute, shall cause it to be submitted to His Majesty in Council, and notice of it having been so submitted shall be published in the London Gazette (in this Act referred to as the gazetting of a statute).
The subsequent proceedings under this Act respecting the statute shall not be affected by the cesser of the powers of the Commissioners.
