Small Holdings and Allotments Act 1926, Cross Heading: Construction is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
This Part of this Act shall have effect as if it were substituted for Part I of the principal Act:
Provided that nothing in this Act shall affect the terms and conditions on which a small holding purchased or leased before the commencement of this Act is held.
