[96 Continuation of grants for drainage of, and supply of water to, agricultural land.E+W
(1)So much of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous War Provisions) Act 1940, as limits the period during which schemes may be approved under section fifteen thereof (under which grants may be made by the Minister towards the cost of approved schemes for field drainage and the improvement of ditches and for the supply of water to agricultural land) shall cease to have effect, but no scheme shall be approved under that section unless application for the approval thereof has been made, in such form and manner as the Minister may with the approval of the Treasury determine . . .
(2)An order made under this section shall be of no effect unless approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.]
