39 Power to repeal statutes.U.K.
Every statute made by the University of Oxford, . . . F1 by virtue of the powers of this Act, shall be subject to repeal or alteration in the same manner and to the same extent, but not otherwise, in and to which other statutes of the said University . . . F1 are or may be subject to repeal or alteration by the authorities thereof.
