XXXIKeeper of the Records to enrol all Deeds, &c. in due Order of Time, and to certify the same.
And be it enacted, That the Keeper of the Records of the Duchy of Cornwall shall be and he is hereby required to enrol every Deed and Instrument hereby directed to be enrolled in the Office of the said Duchy in Order of Time as the same shall respectively be brought to the said Office for that Purpose, and certify under his Hand, or under the Hand of his Deputy for the Time being, upon the said Deeds or Instruments respectively, when enrolled, the Fact of their having been so enrolled.
