If such money shall not exceed the sum of twenty pounds, the same shall be paid to the parties entitled to the rents and profits of the lands in respect whereof the same shall be payable, for their own use and benefit; or in case of the F1... [F2legal disability by reason of nonage][F3incapacity by reason of mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act, 1960], or other incapacity of any such parties, then such money shall be paid, for their use, to the respective F1...
