SCHEDULE RECORDS TO BE KEPT BY LICENCE HOLDERS

1.  The following records shall be kept of each distribution (otherwise than by direct insemination) or sale of semen by the holder of the licence:—

(1) The date of distribution or sale.

(2) The name and address of the acquirer.
