The Minister of Health, as the appropriate Minister for the purposes of section 84(1) of the London Government Act 1963 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 1963”) with respect to the matters to which this order relates, in exercise of his powers under that section as extended by section 87(2) of the said Act and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—
