2	In the administrative county of Cumberland— the borough of Workington; the urban districts of Cockermouth, Keswick and Maryport; the rural districts of Cockermouth and Wigton; the area common to the parishes of Holme Abbey, Holme Low and Holme St. Cuthbert, in the rural district of Wigton, namely Skinburness Marsh.
3	In the administrative county of Cumberland— the urban district of Penrith; the rural districts of Alston with Garrigill and Penrith; In the administrative county of Westmorland— the borough of Appleby; in the urban district of Lakes, the Patterdale ward; the rural district of North Westmorland.
