PART I E+W+S applicable amounts of persons in residential care and nursing homes

3.  Where any part of the weekly charge for the accommodation is met by housing benefit, an amount equal to the part so met shall be deducted from the amount calculated in accordance with paragraph 1(1)(a). E+W+S
