SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS OF PUBLIC GENERAL ENACTMENTS

Enactment	Amendment
Section 3 (grant toward expenses of local and police authorities) of the Civil Defence Act 1948(1)	In subsection (1) the words“, and towards expenses incurred by statutory water undertakers as defined in section one of the Water Act, 1948, not being local authorities, in or in connection with civil defence,” shall be omitted.
Section 5 (byelaws for regulation, etc. of sea fisheries) of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act 1966(2)	Subsection (1)(c) shall be omitted.
