1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Inner London Education Authority) (Transfer of Functions) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 29th July 1991.
(2) In this Order—
(a)“the 1988 Act” means the Education Reform Act 1988; and
(b)expressions to which a meaning is given for the purposes of Part III of the 1988 Act have the same meaning as in that Part.
