Amendment of section 46 of the Dentists Act 1984
2. In section 46 of the Dentists Act 1984 (restrictions on employment of dental auxiliaries)—
(a)in subsection (2) the words “in the course of the provision of national health services”; and
(b)subsection (3),
are hereby repealed.
