The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980(1), and now vested in him(2), and of all other enabling powers:

1.  The King’s Lynn-Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-Pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973(3) is hereby revoked.

2.  This Order shall come into force on 4th April 1991 and may be cited as the King’s Lynn-Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-Pass and Slip Roads) (Revocation) Order 1991.

This Order revokes Order made under sections 7 and 44 of the Highways Act 1959 (c. 25), section 27 of the Local Government Act 1966 (c. 42) and section 68 of the Highways Act 1971 (c. 41).
