Amendment of regulation 12A of the 1987 Regulations

5.  In regulation 12A(8) of the 1987 Regulations (requirement to refer to rent officers)(1) in the definition of “change relating to a rent allowance” for the words “(c) or (d)” there shall be substituted the words “(c), (d) or (e) or (4)”.
