The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sections 6, 9 and 124(1)(d) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:–

(1)

1984 c. 27; sections 6 and 9 were amended by paragraphs 4(3)(b) and (4) of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 (c. 51) and by paragraphs 21 and 23 of Schedule 8 to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (c. 22).
