2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“the principal Order” means the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Bromley, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lewisham) (London Borough of Wandsworth) (Amendment) Order 1993(1);
“the 1984 Act” and “the 1991 Act” have the same meanings as in the principal Order; and a reference to a Schedule followed by a number is a reference to the Schedule to this Order bearing that number.
