1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas Designation (Radnor) (Welsh Language Provisions) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st September 1994.
(2) In this Order–
“agreement” means an agreement under section 18(3) of the Agriculture Act 1986;
“the designated area” means the area designated by article 3 of the Order;
“the Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Radnor) Designation Order 1993(1);
“requirements” means requirements as to agricultural practices, methods and operations and the installation or use of equipment specified in an order made under section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 and which must be included in an agreement.
(3) Except where otherwise expressly provided, any reference in this Order to a numbered Schedule shall be construed as a reference to the Schedule bearing that number in this Order.
