1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the North Staffordshire Hospital Centre National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 5th October 1994.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the North Staffordshire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the North Staffordshire Hospital Centre National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 22nd April 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
