This Order transfers to the Community Health Care Service (North Derbyshire) National Health Service Trust on 16th November 1994 trust property formerly held by the North Derbyshire Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1/W/29, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
