12. For paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 (prescribed times for claiming benefit) there shall be substituted the following paragraph–
“2. Incapacity benefit or severe disable– ment allowance. | The day in respect of which the claim is made and the period of 1 month immedi– ately following it.”. |
