4. In the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) Order 1990(1)—
(a)in article 3(2) (continuation of Authorities in England) for the words from “14 Parts” to “1981”there shall be subsituted the words “8 Parts”, each numbered Part corresponding with the number of a region specified in Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Determination of Regions) Order 1994(2);
(b)for Schedule 1 (District Health Authorities in England) there shall be substituted the new Schedule 1 set out in Schedule 3 to this Order.
