2. In the A564 Trunk Road (Stoke–Derby Route) (Derby Southern Bypass) (Burnaston Slip Roads) Order 1992(1) for the definition of “the deposited plan” in article 4(2) there is substituted–
““the deposited plan” means site plan 2 contained in the plan folio numbered HA10/EM102 marked “The A564 Trunk Road (Stoke–Derby Route) (Derby Southern Bypass, Derby Spur, Junctions and Slip Roads) Amendment Order 1994”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Department of Trans– port, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW10 3PY;”.
