Amendment of Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases RegulationsE+W+S
14. In Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations (amounts to be disregarded when calculating or estimating N and M) after paragraph 48B there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“48C. Any payment to a person under section 1 of the Community Care (Direct Payments) Act 1996 or section 12B of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 in respect of his securing community care services, as defined in section 46 of the National Health Services and Community Care Act 1990 .”.
