Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)
This Act of Sederunt amends the Act of Sederunt (Civil Legal Aid Rules) 1987 by replacing a definition referring to the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1987 with a definition referring to the Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996 (which consolidated with amendments and revoked the earlier regulations together with certain other regulations).
