The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) and Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1996

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) and Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 8th April 1996.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Act" means the Child Support Act 1991;

“Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations" means the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 M1 ;

“Claims and Payments Regulations" means the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 M2 .
