Amendment of regulation 3 of the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1997
2. In regulation 3 of the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1997(1) (date the Regulations are to cease to have effect), for the words “31st October 1998”there shall be substituted the words “31st October 1999”.
