57.2— (1) This Section contains rules about probate claims.

(2) Probate claims in the High Court are assigned to the Chancery Division.

[F2 (3) Probate claims in the [F3 County Court] must only be [F4 started by sending the claim to, or making the claim at]—

(a) a [F5 County Court hearing centre] where there is also a Chancery district registry; or

(b) the [F6 County Court at Central London].]

(4) All probate claims are allocated to the multi-track.]
