[F1PART 69E+WCOURT'S POWER TO APPOINT A RECEIVER

Court’s power to appoint receiverE+W

69.2(1) The court may appoint a receiver—

(a)before proceedings have started;

(b)in existing proceedings; or

(c)on or after judgment.

(2) A receiver must be an individual.

(3) The court may at any time—

(a)terminate the appointment of a receiver; and

(b)appoint another receiver in his place.
