[F2 74.11   The rules governing the registration of judgments under the 1982 Act [F3 and] the Lugano Convention [F4 and applications for the refusal of recognition or enforcement or suspension of any judgments under] the Judgments Regulation apply as appropriate and with any necessary modifications for the enforcement of—

(a) authentic instruments which are subject to—

(i) article 50 of Schedule 3C to the 1982 Act;

(ii) article 57 of the Lugano Convention; and

(iii) [F5 article 58] of the Judgments Regulation; and

(b) court settlements which are subject to—

(i) article 51 of Schedule 1 to the 1982 Act;

(ii) article 58 of the Lugano Convention; and

(iii) [F6 articles 59 and 60] of the Judgments Regulation.]]
