[F274.11 The rules governing the registration of judgments under the 1982 Act [F3and] the Lugano Convention [F4and applications for the refusal of recognition or enforcement or suspension of any judgments under] the Judgments Regulation apply as appropriate and with any necessary modifications for the enforcement of—
(a)authentic instruments which are subject to—
(i)article 50 of Schedule 3C to the 1982 Act;
(ii)article 57 of the Lugano Convention; and
(iii)[F5article 58] of the Judgments Regulation; and
(b)court settlements which are subject to—
(i)article 51 of Schedule 1 to the 1982 Act;
(ii)article 58 of the Lugano Convention; and
(iii)[F6articles 59 and 60] of the Judgments Regulation.]]
