Nature and functions of the trust

3.—(1) The trust is established for the purpose specified in section 5(1)(a) of the Act.

(2) The trust’s functions shall be to own and manage—

(a) Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, LL57 2PW,

(b) Bryn y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan, LL33 0HH,

and associated hospitals and premises, and there to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services and community health services.
