15.  In a case where article 16(4)(c) applies, the appropriate amount shall be, for the period of 13 weeks prescribed in [F2 regulation 13(14) of the Housing Benefit Regulations or, as the case may be, regulation 13(14) of the Housing Benefit (State Pension Credit) Regulations], [F3 100 per cent]. of the eligible rent less ineligible amounts.
