Amendment of regulation 8E+W+S
5. In regulation 8 M1 (categories of interim maintenance assessment)–
(a)in paragraph (1), for the words “a child support officer" there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”;
(b)in paragraph (3)–
(i)for the words “a child support officer" in each place in which they occur there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”;
(ii)the words “or the child support officer" shall be omitted.
