PART IV AMENDMENT OF THE CHILD SUPPORT (MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENTS AND SPECIAL CASES) REGULATIONS 1992

Amendment of regulations 7, 10A and 20

16.  In regulations 7(4)(1), 10A(2)(b)(ii)(2) and 20(2)(b)(ii), for the words “child support officer” there shall be substituted the words “Secretary of State”.
