Amendment of Schedule 9 to the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987E+W+S
4. In paragraph 7A(1) of Schedule 9 to the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 M1, for the words “a child support officer (within the meaning of section 13 of the Child Support Act 1991)" there shall be substituted the words “ the Secretary of State ”.
