SCHEDULE 3 N.I. Transfer of Other Functions to Treasury or Board

The Contributions and Benefits Act N.I.

8.—(1) Section 7 of that Act (definition of “secondary contributor”) is amended as follows. N.I.

(2) In subsection (2), for “Department” there is substituted “Treasury”.

(3) After that subsection there is added—

“(3) Regulations under any provision of this section shall be made by the Treasury.”.
